I think I mentioned last week about my dog eating one of his deer antler chews. Yeah…that was fun. Anyway, I didn’t do any runs because (excuses, excuses, i know…) he needed meds and separated meals and no activity so…yeah.

Thurs – 45 mins
Sat – 5 miles
My plan (hoping to get this in…)
Tues – 45 mins/3 miles
Thurs – 45 mins/3 miles
Sat – 7 miles
Sun – 13 miles
