So last week I got in a run…that’s better than the week before, right?
I’m headed to the gym tonight to get in another run and then hopefully will get in my long runs this weekend. Thursday is out (was going to go) for a work thing.

Tues – 45 mins
Thurs – 45 mins
Sat – 3 miles
Tues – 3 miles
Sat – 3 miles (*maybe 5…depends on when i get home)
Sun – 8 miles
