I’ve decided its time to get real. I’m tired of my weight (and self esteem) acting like a yo-yo. It’s time to get serious and get myself in shape so i can feel good all the time!
So where to begin. Oy … weight loss (I hate to even call my situation this) is a world of confusion.
So what do you choose?
— Go it alone with diet tracking and upping the exercise?
— Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, or one of the other “group programs”?
— Whole30, Advocare 24 day challenge, or another “alone programs”?
— Program with my personal trainer or another one-on-one counseling program?
God gave us legs for running 20 miles, then gave us a 26.2-mile race. Love it!Whoo hoo! What a treat for your first full maahtron Disney sounds exciting!
