Foot is still being rested, but is feeling much better.
I’ve decided since I’ve missed two weeks of training for the Disney Dumbo Double Dare, I need to find a way to catch up.
This Runner’s World Challenge popped up on my facebook feed. Anyone else doing it?
Here’s the deal:
Run at least 1 mile per day, every day, from Memorial Day through Independence Day for 39 consecutive days of running.
I’m gonna take it easy and only do the 1 mile on days I’m not “training” but will just sub in my training as scheduled.
Should be fun!
